Dr. Brad Winn

CEO & Owner

Dr. Brad Winn grew up in McMinnville, Tennessee. He received his undergraduate degree from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He graduated with his Doctorate in Dentistry in 2000 from The University of Tennessee at Memphis. Dr. Winn chose the field of dentistry because he has a passion to serve and he loves being able to devote time to his career and patients without sacrificing time spent with his family. 

Dr. Winn is married to Mindy, and together they have two daughters, one son, and a German Shepherd named Rosie. Dr. Winn and his family enjoy annual trips to the Dominican Republic where they provide free dental care to those in need. In his spare time, Dr. Winn enjoys exercising and outdoor recreation like boating and paddleboarding.

Erica Stewart

Director of Operations

Erica has been in the dental industry for almost 15 years, and at Winn Smiles for 11 of those years. She worked for 10 years as Dr. Winn’s main chairside assistant, and has transitioned into the role of Operations Directors for all of the practices. Erica has a passion for dentistry, but her passion for people supersedes and shines, making her the perfect person to oversee the daily operations of the business. Erica is passionate about getting to know our patients and helping them improve their oral health and form trusting relationships with our providers. She is passionate about our patient experience and feels blessed to be part of the Winn Smiles mission.

Hannah Smith

Director of Marketing

Hannah believes in using social media, communications, and other marketing outlets to build relationships within the community of Cleveland and educate people on what the best care possible looks like. She firmly believes in fostering authentic connections between Winn Smiles and our patients and hopes to continue to establish our practice as a community and patient first practice.

Ann Muller

Management

Ann has been part of the Winn Smiles family for 13 years, and has helped and watched it grow from a one doctor, two hygienist operation into what we all know and love today! Ann has always understood the vision behind the growth and desire of wanting to reach more in our community and help them achieve optimal oral health and get the smile they deserve. Ann has worked in our admin department as a team leader, an insurance coordinator and even Dr. Brad’s personal barber! Ann has done it all! She is dedicated to providing exemplary patient experiences and service, and is well known for going above and beyond daily for her fellow Winn Smiles family members, and our patients. Ann lives in Cleveland with her husband, Dan and has two adult children, Brad and Brooke and they welcomed their first grandson, Watson, in 2020.
